Joshua Carr is a native of Lynchburg, Virginia, and majoring in theatre at the University of Lynchburg. He’s been secretary of the school’s NAACP Collegiate Chapter and has participated in many school productions including when he portrayed a historic Lynchburg character in the Old City Cemetery’s annual Candlelight Tours in 2021.

What will you do with a Lynchburg degree? How about starting your own theater company? Wolfbane Productions founder and artistic director Dustin Williams ’05 was a senior when his theatre professor encouraged him to get involved with the whole process in a production of “Into the Woods.”
