At Lynchburg, Jess Cochrane ’23 has learned that psychology and other social factors play a vital role in understanding crime. Also, she learned that how we perceive criminal behavior can have a significant impact on society as a whole.

Delia LoSapio was busy in her time at Lynchburg, pursuing a biomedical science major, three minors, serving as captain of the University EMS squad, and participated in Westover Honors. She’s studied abroad in Africa, played goalie for the soccer team, and has published her own scientific research.

Joshua Carr ’24
Joshua Carr is a native of Lynchburg, Virginia, and majoring in theatre at the University of Lynchburg. He’s been secretary of the school’s NAACP Collegiate Chapter and has participated in many school productions including when he portrayed a historic Lynchburg character in the Old City Cemetery’s annual Candlelight Tours in 2021.

Patricia Aronson, PhD, LAT, LPTA, ATC
Pat Aronson has a wealth of experience, is decorated with awards, and has a deep love for Lynchburg. During her many years at Lynchburg, she has served as the head athletic trainer, clinical education coordinator, and faculty athletic representative. She has been a certified athletic trainer for over 30 years and spent the first five years of her career working as an athletic trainer at Northwestern University.
Nat LeDonne ’18
Nat took her first photography class her sophomore year at Lynchburg. Fast forward two years and Nat was a common sight on campus, shooting photos for the Office of Marketing and Communications (MARCOM) and at Hornets athletic events.
